Oliv Construction was established in Istanbul in 1989. Entering the sector with the aim of being one of Turkey’s leading real estate investors, the company made its biggest breakthrough between 1994-2000. Continuing to grow rapidly during this period, Oliv Construction made a name for itself with branded housing projects after 2000. It made its presence felt in the construction sector in regions such as Zeytinburnu, Küçükçekmece and Büyükçekmece. In 2008, it took part in the REALISTANBUL consortium, one of the first private urban transformation projects in Istanbul. Being one of the partners of the 420 flats project, Oliv Construction continues to take its place in the sector with unique projects.
