The foundations of Tor Holding are based on the textile company established by İbrahim Halil Torun in the 1990s. Following the establishment, it expanded its activities in sectors like Construction, Investment, Tourism and Agriculture by carrying out policies of horizontal and vertical growth. In 2020, group of companies in different sectors were structured under the roof of Tor Holding.

With the inclusion of second generation in the management in the early 2000s, the group of companies completed their digital transformation by increasing its focus on technology and innovation, hence becoming a group that can adapt to all economic conditions and changes.
